PIUI was born in a small studio 34 years ago. In the beginning we were more focused on hand-made items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, towels, backpacks and bags with specially applied designs.
In 1987 we launched the first greeting card collection, which was a great success. Since then PIUI has gradually evolved and grown into the creation and production of stationery, including greeting cards, which became the bestselling items and are today the core business in our company.
Today, PIUI Portugal counts El Corte Inglês, NoteIt (Sonae Group), Bulhosa Bookstores and CTT (Portuguese Postal Services) among its clients, as well as many more. Besides Portuguese, we also produce cards in English and Spanish, and we are able to produce our cards in other languages upon request.
At PIUI we are always looking for new opportunities and we consider export to be one of our main priorities.
